This service provides SL3 hash file reading and code generation for Nokia devices.

Important limitations and requirements:

• 20-digit NCK codes are not supported by this service
• Incorrect or corrupted file submissions cannot be refunded
• Files originating from Mexico Telcel operator logs should not be uploaded
• The security block (BBLOCK1) configuration shows CLOSED status with MCCMNC data identifier 334020 for Mexico Telcel

Code entry instructions:

When attempting unlock codes, start with the +7 prefix. If unsuccessful, proceed to try +6, then continue downward through +5, +4, +3, +2, and finally +1 until the correct code is identified.
